The living area and foyer both boast beautiful cork floors, which have a lovely patina and provide sound insulation that is warm and soft underfoot.

It is close to seven subway lines and just one stop from Manhattan. It is a block away from the famous Brooklyn Promenade and a close to the Brooklyn Bridge Park.
