This is an excellent studio in a prime Brooklyn Heights co-op on a dreamy block near the trains and Promenade, in the Fruit Streets. The co-op has an elevator and as it is a sponsor unit, there is no board application!

The living area is spacious with sanded and varnished floors. As it is on the 6th floor, and is south-facing (the rear of the building) it gets good light, and is very quiet. There are two huge closets near the entrance and a linen closet. There is a small kitchen alcove with quartz countertop, white shaker-style cabinets and small appliances (no dishwasher).

The bathroom has gleaming white tiles and full tub. The building has a live-in super, laundry facilities, elevator, and a shared outdoor space, surrounded by tall trees and bike storage for a small fee. Heat and hot water are included in rent.
