152 6th Ave is a two-unit brownstone townhouse in prime Park Slope with a shared backyard.

This is a garden-level two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with a shared backyard.  As you enter the apartment, you'll find a storage area under the stoop for your bikes. As you enter the double doors, a common hallway leads to the basement, where washer-dryer hookups are ready to go. Bring your own W/D!


The living room is east-facing, looking out to 6th Ave, with the original French pocket doors separating the kitchen from the living room. The living room also has the original pocket shutters on the windows for privacy. The kitchen is spacious, equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, and ample room for a kitchen table. Although the kitchen has not been upgraded, it is fully functioning, and it has a great layout. 


The smaller of the two bedrooms is ideal for an office, measuring 7ft x 13ft, and features a west-facing window with a view of the backyard. Off this room, there is a large closet that is 3ft x 7ft. In addition, there is a guest bathroom with a stall shower.


The primary bedroom is spacious, 13ft x 12ft, and has its own en-suite bathroom with a claw-foot tub. There is a door leading out to the backyard, which is shared with the occupants above. You may add your own furniture and BBQ with landlord approval. 


Close to the Q/B trains at 7th Ave, and the 2/3 trains at Grand Army Plaza. There is a Walgreens at 7th Ave and Park Place. Union Market is a popular market located in the area off Union Street and 6th Avenue, just a few blocks away. Additionally, a laundromat is located on Union Street, between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue.

This neighborhood is conveniently located near coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
