Apartment consists of a full size kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator), large living room with a bay window, 2 full baths with a walk in shower and 3 bedrooms. There is brand new engineered flooring throughout the apartment. The driveway and parking area is paved and each apartment will get 2 parking spots. The heating system is hot water radiators with supplemental heat and air conditioning provided by mini-split units. House has solar panes for electric and there is a propane fueled automatic generator in case of emergencies and supplemental oil heat for those extra cold winter days.
