One-of-a-kind 2-bedroom in a newly gut-renovated Chelsea townhouse!

Ok ok, I know tons of listings say "one-of-a-kind," but in this case it's actually true. How many Manhattan apartments have exposed rafters? How many have south-facing windows that are already garnished with window boxes? That's right: you can make this building look like it was transplanted from Colmar, France (look it up) if you decide to plant some flowers in your window box. Or you can plant some basil and I'll come make you pesto.

Did you say you have a dog? We love dogs in this building! Ideally, we'd like to have more dogs than people living here, because dogs are better than people, but we'll settle for an equal population of each. Cats are cool too, if that's your thing.

Oh and by the way, that in-unit laundry you've been praying for? We got it (pictures were taken before laundry was installed, but trust me - it's there).

We know you want to live in the West Village, but how about living 4 blocks away in an apartment that would probably be close to double the price if it were there? You can travel the 4 blocks...you know you can.
